My earliest memories were shaped by animals and the feelings they sparked in me. Becoming a
veterinarian felt like an obvious path from a very young age, and every job I had throughout high school
reflected that drive.
This lifelong interest led me to the University of Vermont, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in
Animal Science. I was a member of the student-run dairy farm, working alongside a team to milk cows,
assist with calvings, and make breeding decisions. It was both demanding and incredibly fulfilling, and
without a doubt my favorite part of my time there.
I went on to earn my veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where I completed a variety
of externships in rehabilitation, shelter medicine, surgery, emergency, and exotics. These experiences
gave me a well-rounded clinical perspective and a deep appreciation for treating a wide range of
patients.
Following graduation, I began practicing in New York City, where I have spent the past three years in
general practice continuing to grow both clinically and personally. I have particular clinical interests in
chronic pain management, preventative medicine, and soft tissue surgery. I am passionate about building
strong relationships with clients and making a meaningful impact on the lives of their pets. I am excited
to bring this commitment to Worth Street Veterinary Center.
I live in Brooklyn with my partner, tortoiseshell cat named Misty, and Pembroke Welsh Corgi named
Waffles. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the city with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and
attending live music events.
