Our AAHA-accredited veterinary practice seeks a veterinary client service specialist.

Who are we seeking?

  • You should be reliable, upbeat, and friendly.
  • We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys developing lasting relationships with our clients and their pets. This position is not for those looking to sit behind a computer; you must love to engage.
  • We require that you have superb written and oral communication skills, the ability to multitask, and be energetic.
  • You must have a love of animals AND people.

 

What is the job?

  • Duties include but are not limited to: answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, engaging clients, using several computer programs, checking clients in and out of the clinic, handling financial transactions, cleaning up the occasional “accident” etc.
